Here shown on this website product prices may be changed depending on market price, and all prices are without VAT-TAX.

As displayed on this website all of the products are not our on-hand products, some of them in our showroom, some products in our godown, and some products on the way but we have a strong supply chain management system that’s can deliver within the due time which means we can deliver within 2-4 days in Dhaka city and within 3-6 days anywhere in Bangladesh. We don’t sell products directly from our office.

Terms of Warranty and Guarantee

If there is a warranty or guarantee issue, the customer must send the product to our office and claim the guarantee or warranty service. After receiving the product, the appropriate service engineers will be servicing the product or fulfilling the guarantee claim.

Terms of Delivery:

  1. We have different delivery slots for different conditions and here all days are counted as working days, not regular days (Our working days are Saturday to Thursday without Govt. Holidays). (Govt. Holidays and Friday Our Office will be Closed).
  2. We have a same-day delivery slot (without Govt. Holidays and Friday), 2-4-days delivery slot for Dhaka City, and a 3-6 6-day delivery slot for outside of Dhaka City.
  3. For the Same-day delivery, the order must be placed on or before 2:00 pm on the day without govt. holiday and Friday.
  4. For 2-4 days delivery, the order can be placed anytime for Dhaka City and
  5. For 3-6 days of delivery, the order can be placed anytime outside of Dhaka City.

Terms of Payment

We have many payment options like Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Direct Bank Transfer, etc. If the invoice amount is over Tk. 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand), you need to pay a minimum of 20% advance (Negotiable) with the order.

N.B.: We cannot deliver liquid and highly fragile products outside Dhaka city. Please do not order liquid and highly fragile products from outside Dhaka city.

Due to hostile market conditions, it is not possible to keep the prices of the products fixed. Product prices displayed on this website may vary slightly. No products are delivered directly from the office. Note: We do not have any products in stock. We collect the product and arrange delivery after receiving the order.
