This is the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor with PTFE Chamber 50mL reactor is used in catalysis, crystal, polymer, and other experiments, it adopts the external heating mode, to reduce the size, and is suitable for several reaction kettles working at the same time and same reaction temperature (for example, put several reactors inside the oven for heating), special models can be customized.

  1. High-temperature resistance: Teflon material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 220℃, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 220℃. PPL material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 280℃, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 280℃.
  2. Low-temperature resistance: -196℃ could keep 5%.
  3. Ultra corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong base, aqua regia, and all kinds of organic solvents.
  4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency.
  5. High lubrication: the friction coefficient of solid materials is the lowest.
  6. No adhesion: don’t adhere to any material, self-lubricity is strong, and the friction coefficient of solid materials is 0.04.
  7. Nonhazardous: is physiologically inert, can be embedded in the human body, has strong aging resistance, and guarantees hydrothermal synthesis reactor long service life.
  8. Anti-pollution: the baseline value of the metallic element is low, with lead content < 10-11g/ml, and uranium content < 10-12g/ml.

Methods of operation
