Description
The 40106 Inverter IC is a Hex Schmitt Trigger. Each circuit functions as an Inverter with Schmitt-Trigger action on the input. The trigger switches at different points for positive and negative signals. The difference between positive and negative going voltage is defined as a hysteresis voltage.
